2020 Nintendo Switch Lite Sweepstakes Rules
1. Sponsor: Shann M. Chaudhry, Esq. is sponsoring a Nintendo Lite raffle.
2. Eligibility: Entrant must be a resident of Texas. Employees and agents (and their spouse, children, siblings, parents, and grandparents) of Shann M. Chaudhry, Esq., are not eligible to enter.
3. Start/End Dates: Contest begins December 15, 2020 and ends on December 18th, 2020 and 11:59PM.
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the sweepstakes form located at https://smcesq.com/holiday/. Limit one entry per person, per email address. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or technically corrupted or garbled will be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor may reject any entry it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate. If Sponsor determines that an insufficient number of entries were received, Sponsor may cancel the Contest and shall be under no obligation to award prizes.
5. Judging Criteria: Prize winners will be selected by a random drawing. Entrants must comply with these Official Rules.

7. Other Conditions: Entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness, and city and state of residence for purposes of publicity, or promotion for no additional compensation. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense resulting from entrant’s participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with winning a prize. This Contest will be governed by Texas law.
8. Affidavit of Eligibility/Release: Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release within 14 days of prize notification. If winner does not respond to first prize notification within 10 calendar days of mailing, if prize notification is returned undelivered, rejects prize, or fails to comply with these Contest Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

2020 Photo Contest Rules
1. Sponsor: Texas Farm Bureau (Sponsor) is sponsoring a Photo Contest.
2. Eligibility: Employees and agents (and their spouse, children, siblings, parents, and grandparents) of Shann M. Chaudry, Esq. are not eligible to enter.
3. Start/End Dates: Contest begins December 15th and ends December 18th. 4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must send one festive photo via direct message on Facebook or Instagram or via email to info@smcesqdev.wpengine.com. Limit one entry per person, per email address. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or technically corrupted or garbled will be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering, entrants represent that their respective entries are their own fully original creations, and their respective entries will not infringe or violate rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity/privacy. Sponsor may reject any entry it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate. If Sponsor determines that an insufficient number of entries were received, Sponsor may cancel the Contest and shall be under no obligation to award prizes.
