Sherry M. Chaudhry, CHA

Sherry is a serial entrepreneur, industry board member, and 43-year veteran of the hospitality industry.

In her career, Sherry bought, sold, operated, and renovated hotels. She played an instrumental part in the exterior and interior design, construction, and operation of the Comfort Suites Alamo/Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. This development showcased Sherry’s design skills and attention to detail gained through many years of renovating properties. The property was owned and operated by her family for twelve years.

While operating the Comfort Suites Alamo/Riverwalk, Sherry delivered the highest level of customer service, distinguishing the property to compete with over 480 hotels in the market. Through her effort, she helped the hotel achieve the ranking of #1 Hotel in San Antonio, Texas on Trip Advisor for the first three years. During the twelve years her family owned the property, they ranked within the top ten San Antonio hotels.

Mohammad T. Chaudhry, CHA

Mohammad Chaudhry comes to the firm with 45 years of industry known for one thing: service.

Before owning and operating his own portfolio of properties, he worked for the principals of the Westmont Hospitality Group, the world’s largest independent hotel company.

During his career, Mr. Chaudhry has managed, operated, and acquired properties, such as Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and a multitude of other brands. He invested as a partner in multiple hotels before purchasing his own hotels in 1988. Mr. Chaudhry successfully negotiated with the Resolution Trust Corporation, where they structured and provided financing for their first holding in the US. Following this transaction, they continued unloading all their properties nationally utilizing this financing model.

Mohammed settled in the San Antonio area to raise his family. His priority was always “Family First.” In 2008, he opened a hotel in downtown San Antonio. Despite the Great Recession, he was able to break even in the first year of operation based on his financial expertise and management experiences.
