I love that every situation is different, and I get the opportunity to make a positive effect on a client’s life.

Shann founded this firm in 2012. He wanted it to be different from the typical experience. Clients and attorneys are treated as numbers and not as people. Shann believes in authentic and empathetic representation with superlative service.
He dons the blue suit (almost) daily as a reminder and symbol. He is not the same as other attorneys out there. It’s a vibrant statement made simply in fashion – it shouts “we are different.” The cool and bright blue suit symbolizes his departure from how things “should be” and how the firm has evolved. He has continued to grow and build the firm with individuals that share in this belief.
Shann’s beliefs and blue beacon are a stark alternative to the reality of the corporate stiff suits in their ivory towers with anachronistic business models, partner tracks, 2000 billable hour requirements, and the like.
